GEISER (Integrated Registry Services Management)

GEISER is a comprehensive registry solution that operates in cloud mode to provide services for any public organization, covering both the management of its entry/exit registry offices and the reception and dispatch of records to the recipient processing units.

The GEISER registry service is the main component of the Shared Registry Management Service. 
The application allows the digitization of documentation submitted by citizens to offices, and with SICRES 3.0 certification, it enables the exchange of records in electronic format with other organizations connected to the SIR platform.
To request the GEISER service, it is necessary to sign an Agreement. All information can be found in the Downloads tab: Legal Instrument for the Consumption of the Service.

Functional Description

GEISER covers the following functionalities:

In registry offices:

• Entry of incoming records into the official registry, allowing for the digitization of documentation submitted by citizens.
• Dispatch of documentation to processing units.
• Exchange with other registry offices through the SIR platform.
• Management of rejections and resending of records.
• Validation of outgoing records issued by processing units.
• Management of physical document dispatches.
• Management of the registry book: copy templates, lists, searches, editing, etc.

In processing units:

• Receipt of documentation sent by the registry office, with the possibility of rejection and resending.
• Dispatch of records to sub-units dependent on the own unit.
• Exchange of records with other processing units.
• Generation of official outgoing records, both to organizations (with the possibility of electronic format for those integrated into SIR) and to citizens.
• Management of own sub-units.
• Management of an internal entry/exit registry.
• Management of the unit holder's telephone calls.
• Management of the unit's physical archive.
