Notifica - Shared Notification Management Service

Notifica - Shared Notification Management Service is a notification management service that provides a platform to automatically manage all notifications and communications generated in issuing bodies, ensuring they reach their destination in the most efficient and economical way possible.

It allows the delivery of these notifications/communications to be made through various channels, depending on the conditions established by the recipient for their relationship with the Administration: through electronic appearance in the Citizen Folder of the General Access Point, on paper, and/or appearance in the Enabled Electronic Address (DEH).

Notifica is a platform that, in collaboration with other collaborating agents, facilitates Public Administrations in providing citizens with the notifications and communications they generate.

The ways of providing are:

• Always through the electronic headquarters, by providing them in the Citizen Folder of the General Access Point.
• On paper, for which the collaboration of Printing and Envelope Centers (CIEs) and postal operators is required.
• In the Enabled Electronic Address (DEH).
• And in the electronic headquarters of the issuing body, if required.

Notifica, initially built in response to CORA measures, was declared a shared service by the TIC Strategic Commission at its meeting on September 15, 2015. And as such, it is mandatory for issuing bodies of the General State Administration.

Notifica provides issuing bodies of notifications and communications with:

• Compliance with Law 39/2015 regarding electronic notifications.
• A single interface for sending notifications and communications regardless of the delivery method.
• Deadline control according to sending parameters and their expiration.
• Information on status changes and delivery results.
